CGM Communications works closely with a number of Aboriginal organisations in Western Australia, and we’re acutely aware of the importance of reconciliation and the responsibility we all have to help create a better future.
We are pleased to have commenced our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Through this plan, we have identified a number of practical things we can do to make a small but meaningful contribution to the reconciliation process.
The CGM Communications team is committed to making our reconciliation journey a permanent part of our organisation’s culture. For further information, please download the CGM Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.

Aboriginal Artwork Middle Stump Initiative
CGM Communications is proud to have partnered with the Aboriginal Artwork Middle Stump Initiative (AAMSI) to tell its compelling story, which aims to encourage more Aboriginal players to take up the game of cricket.
We’ve produced this video in the hope it will inspire cricket clubs across Australia to purchase the cricket stumps, painted by local Aboriginal artists, as an acknowledgement of reconciliation. We want the video to help encourage connection and inclusion across the entire cricket community and for the story to foster conversations of reconciliation between all Australians.
As part of our Reconciliation Action Plan, CGM strives to identify ways to advance reconciliation in WA’s suburbs and regions, and we believe the Aboriginal Artwork Middle Stump Initiative has incredible potential to do just that. Find out more about the initiative here.
